TRAILER: TAG

Is Sion Sono the hardest working director in movies today? I mean really, he's starting to make Takashi Miike look lazy. Only the other day we brought you the new trailer for Love & Peace, a film due out at the end of June. That was less than a week after we reviewed Why Don't You Play In Hell? A film not yet released in the UK. Now we have another trailer for you, and trust us, this one looks positively insane. But then, I think we said that about the last one too.

Tag (The Chasing World) is the story of female highs school students (so far so good) including Mitsuko (Reina Triendl), Keiko (Mariko Shinoda) and Izumi (Erina Mano), who become the targets of ghosts with various appearances including a groom with a pig's face and a female teacher with a machine gun. Exactly! Completely bonkers. And that's just the synopsis, you wait until you watch the trailer. Tag is set for release back home on July 11, 2015. Enjoy. We'll keep you up to date on Sion Sono's next project, probably in a day or two...
