NEWS: MAMORU OSHII DOESN'T LIKE MONDAYS...

What starts out like your typical school yard bullying drama soon descends into madness if the trailer for Tokyo Mukokuseki Shoujo is anything to go by. But then, it is the new film from Mamoru Oshii, director of classic anime fare like Ghost in the Shell, so it's safe to say this will be anything but straightforward. The end of the trailer does just enough to warrant further investigation. See what you guys think. Tokyo Mukokuseki Shoujo opens in Japan on July 25, 2015.

Synopsis: Ai (Nana Seino) is a student at an all-girls' art high school. She is known to be extremely gifted in the arts, but the adults around her try to use her and her classmates are jealous of her. Ai suffers because of her situation, but doesn't have anywhere to escape. Her daily life becomes like a war and she begins to collapse.
