NEWS: AMERICAN HORROR STORY ACTOR DIES

Some sad news to start your day. American Horror Story: Freak Show actor Ben Woolf has died, age 34, after being hit in the head by a car last week.

TMZ reported the actor died of a stroke at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he has been hospitalised since being struck by a car mirror while crossing a Hollywood street on Thursday. Woolf, best known for playing Meep on AHS, was allegedly struck by the side-view mirror of a passing SUV as he attempted to cross the street.

'We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben. He touched so many hearts in his 34 year,' a family representative for the 4ft 4in actor told TMZ. 'His memory will live on within each of us and within his work,' the rep added.

American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy, who also created Glee and Nip/Tuck, took to Twitter and said Woolf was one of 'the most inspirational people I've ever met.' RIP Ben.
