IN OUR SIGHTS: THE AUTOPSY OF JANE DOE

WHAT IS IT? A creepy new horror movie in which father and son coroners receive a mysterious homicide victim with no apparent cause of death. As they attempt to identify the beautiful young "Jane Doe," they discover increasingly bizarre clues that hold the key to her terrifying secrets.

WHY? The film stars Brian Cox for one. Any film that stars Brian Cox has got to be worth your time. He is joined by Emile Hirsch (Lone Survivor, Killer Joe) and even better than all that, TAOJD is directed by André Øvredal. We're big fans of Troll Hunter here and this looks like an altogether different beast. I'm not expecting the quirky comedy we got whilst dealing with trolls. Still, this is shaping up very nicely indeed.

WHEN? It's currently doing the rounds on the festival circuits and will be released on December 21 in the U.S.
