NEWS: ALL ESPER DAYO! HAS ITS LEADING MAN

Shōta Sometani - star of Ping Pong, Himizu and Lesson of the Evil - has been cast in Sion Sono's next movie, a new project based on a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kiminori Wakasugi. 

The new film has already been made into a successful TV show, and with Sion Sono at the helm, big screen success is likely to follow. The plot concerns an ordinary high school student In Notsu, Oita Prefecture, who suddenly gains supernatural powers. All Esper Dayo! is set for release in September 2015.
