REVIEW: GANGSTERS, GUNS AND ZOMBIES (DVD)



These days, the surge of zombie movies is relentless. In fact, it's as relentless as a zombie. And it seems you cannot kill it, either. Even if you bury their rotting corpses under a pile of their own pap, they return, looking slightly different, but still stinking of death. This time, director Matt Mitchell has dragged the decaying subgenre from its grave and whacked the words gangsters and guns in front of it. Released to own and rent this week, will the New Year bring fresh hope for an undying breed?
